We partner with our trusted email vendor, which will be an extension to your team, who will provide you with 4 associates: Strategist, Copywriter, Designer, and a Campaign Coordinator.  The strategist will partner with Xylinx VP of Marketing to generate evergreen and automated flows to maximize new customer acquisition (email capture & welcome flows) and overall retention to meet your LTV goals.  The copywriter and designer will help define the tone of your brand and the vision to life with best-in-class creative.  The Campaign Coordinator will be managing all approved campaigns by building out the campaign within email provider UI (i.e. Klaviyo) and will communicate when the email is targeting the correct audience and scheduled to launch.  We take a holistic, data-driven approach to Email and SMS marketing by diving deep into your business to understand your unique challenges, goals and target audience in-order to develop custom strategies and endless optimizations to generate long-term growth.  Clients typically see a significant increase in Email/SMS performance, from a revenue perspective, within 60-90 days.
