Pre-acquisition we will receive and review all your business documents (including 2024 / 2025 business goals, 2024 & 2025 monthly performance reports, P&L, Brand Book, SWOT Analysis, Brand Benchmark Analysis) to provide you with our recommendations of a go forward plan. In order to conduct a thorough analysis of your business, we will review and analyze your full marketing mix, tech stack and website experience.  The ability to attract and drive new customer acquisition efficiently is half of the game.  We will also review your retention strategies with a thorough audit of your Email / SMS marketing channel and how CRM data is being utilized to retain customers.






Pre-Acquisition Service​

Post-acquisition we will put our recommendations into action.  We will optimize and build a holistic marketing strategy to generate personalization across the entire marketing mix.  Continue to conduct and optimize evergreen strategies that were implemented within the first 60 days Finalize DTC org structure based on team skill set witnessed within the first 90 days. Continue interviewing and hiring team members to fill any holes Holiday planning (Q4) – audit & incorporate new strategies within planning (Start June 2025). Investigate and start conversations with new channel vendors to incorporate new revenue streams by increasing brand awareness, while having the ability to retarget potential new customers, in-order to increase new customer acquisition while maintaining / improving ROAS/CAC (Sirius Radio, OOH, Podcasts, Linear & Programmatic TV etc.)  We will hold Quarterly Business Reviews to provide key initiatives, updates and learnings that occurred in the previous quarter and what to expect next quarter.
