Robert Clark, JD, LL.M (Tax), CPA

Robert is the Director of Tax Services at Xylinx, where he leads the firm’s tax practice and advises clients on a broad range of federal and state tax matters. He works with businesses and owners on tax planning, compliance, and due diligence, including matters involving structuring and transactions.

Robert began his career as a tax attorney, advising high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses on tax planning and related matters. He later worked in the M&A tax practices at EY and Cohen & Company, where he performed tax structuring and due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers.

Robert holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation and is also a CPA and a member of the bar (non-practicing). Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and exploring new technology.
