Frank provides buy-and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients at Xylinx. He has experience leading numerous M&A buy-and sell-side due diligence projects across a variety of industries including: manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, software, food service, and construction.
Prior to joining Xylinx, Frank spent two years in the audit practice at KPMG and almost five years at RedRidge Dilligence Services. At KPMG, Frank specialized in the financial services sector. He performed GAAP audits for both PCAOB and AICPA clients, as well as statutory audits for his insurance clients. His experience as an auditor allowed him to develop the necessary skills for project management and financial statement analysis.
At RedRidge, Frank served as an associate director leading engagements, taking on all responsibilities for the engagement including client, project, and team management. Frank worked on M&A due diligence projects across numerous industries with deal sizes valued up to $250M. In addition while at RedRidge, Frank performed lender due diligence for collateral exams for loan amounts up to $200M.
Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas. He is a CFA and CPA licensed in the state of Kansas.
When he is not supporting Xylinx clients, Frank can be found on the golf course or at his family’s lake house swimming, fishing, and boating.
