Carol Brault

Carol Brault is a seasoned CFO with over 30 years of financial leadership experience across consumer brands and operationally complex businesses. After serving as CFO at Winc, Inc., where she helped lead the company through significant growth and a successful IPO, Carol launched her own consulting practice to support founder-led and investor-backed companies through key growth and transformation milestones.

Her background includes deep expertise in strategic planning, capital markets, ERP implementations, and board reporting. Carol has worked with companies at various stages of development—helping scale infrastructure, lead fundraising efforts, and position businesses for long-term value creation. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, restructured financial operations, and collaborated with executive leadership to drive performance and accountability.

Carol holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

When she’s not advising clients, Carol enjoys life in Southern California and spending time with her family, friends, and her Frenchie appropriately named Buckeye.
